Sara
Sara Maria’s lifelong passion for movement began at a young age. Accepted into the state ballet school in Rome at just 15, she has since integrated supportive practices like Pilates, Gyrotonic®, and yoga into her life. After graduating, Sara pursued Pilates mat training at Polestar and completed a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Ashtanga-Vinyasa style in 2016. Her Barre Training certification, completed in Berlin, reflects her deep connection to her dance background. Since 2023, she has also been teaching Reformer Pilates. Her motto? “Keep on moving!”—a belief in the myriad benefits of continuous movement.

Biography:
Sara Maria is a dedicated movement specialist with a rich background in dance and fitness. Her journey began at the state ballet school in Rome, and over the years, she has embraced Pilates, yoga, and Barre. Sara holds certifications from Polestar and various Barre and Yoga training programs, and has been teaching Reformer Pilates since 2023. Her approach is grounded in her extensive experience as a dancer and fitness practitioner.
