Cora is a certified fitness trainer with a passion for holistic wellness. Since becoming certified in 2020, Cora has guided numerous students through various fitness programs, helping them achieve their personal health and wellness goals. Her approach is personalized and driven by a genuine enthusiasm for fostering physical strength and mental well-being.
