Biography:

Martina is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher with 700 hours of international training in modern yoga, mindfulness, restorative, yin, and pre/postnatal yoga. She has worked in this field since 2017. As a yoga teacher, she aims to step out from the “yoga box” and offer a more complete, functional, and creative practice for contemporary bodies and minds. Her approach is interdisciplinary, and the practice is accessible and inclusive. Martina is also a massage and bodywork therapist.

Teaching Philosophy:

Yoga is not just a physical practice but a journey of self-discovery. My classes are designed to guide students through a process where science meets spirituality, helping them connect with their inner selves. Each session is a blend of precise movements and mindful breathing, aimed at cultivating inner peace and physical well-being.
