As a Pilates enthusiast, I have devoted myself to the study and practice of this transformative exercise method. With a deep understanding of human anatomy, I design classes that target specific muscle groups and enhance overall posture and alignment. My background includes certifications in Pilates, personal training, rehabilitation training, and nutrition advising. Beyond Pilates, I enjoy exploring the worlds of art, travel, and scuba diving, which inspire and rejuvenate me.
